1. The customs seized the parcel:
Customs clearance is the buyer's responsibility. So, once your package is confiscated, you should contact customs to pick it up.
If you need customs clearance documents (such as invoices), please feel free to contact us.
2. Long-term stagnation of shipment::
If the package is in a long-term stagnation state, we suggest you contact the local DHL/Fedex to check it for you, and we will also ask our freight forwarder to check the package for you. You can keep in touch with us until the package delivery successfully.
1. We will not be responsible for any loss or damage caused by the failure of the parcel delivery due to the wrong address provided by the buyer.
2. If your package is sent to the wrong address or lost by the shipping company, we can send the new one to you or refund to you.
Item not as described:
You are encouraged to open the parcel to check the item once it is delivered to your house. If you are not satisfied with the products, please contact us within 7 days.
Return/refund for no reasons：1. Return/refund for quality problem
If there are any quality problems with the products when you receive, please send us your order number, and then tell us what is the problem is, for example, wrong color, wrong size, wrong style, etc. It will be more convincing if you take a picture of the box containing the shipping information and a picture of the item you received.
We will investigate when we receive your email and then provide some solve solutions.

We can cancel the order for you if you contact us in time after your purchase.

3. Orders can't be canceled once the parcel is shipped out or we have already begun to custom the virgin hair.
- If choosing paypal payment to pay, it needs 5-7 days for PayPal to complete the settlement. during this time, if customers want to refund, they will be charged 5% fee for the total order price.
