Instruction for Return:
1) All orders must be returned within 7 days of the purchase date. We provide full refund if we detect manufacturer defect. Please contact our customer service department within 7 days of the purchase date.
2) All items must be returned in its original, factory condition, (unaltered, unworn, undamaged and with tags attached with the original packaging) as we do not sell refurbished or previously owned products. Please make sure the wig is INTACT and the LACE has NOT been cut.
3) For any returns, you must contact customer service department to obtain RMA# / Confirmation#. All returns must include the RMA# / Confirmation#. Once the returned package is received & inspected, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment account. Buyer are responsible for the return shipping charge.
4) Hair care & styling product, accessories, liquids, and special-order items are ineligible for return.
Once the return has been authorized with given RMA# / Confirmation#. Assigned returned item(s) will be allowed to be returned for refund. Please include your email address, order# & RMA#.
Shipping & Billing Information
It is highly recommended that your shipping address should be the same as your billing address. Your order will be subjected to a fraud risk assessment and the order could be withheld or delivered to your billing address if the risk of fraud is anticipated as high.

The item is sent from China. We are not responsible for any charges/duties/taxes( customs fee vary from country to country. It is the customer's responsibility to pay any additional taxes, fees or duties.)
WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER
Please write your correct email address and preferably your contact number so that we could contact you. (Orders returned to our warehouse due to incorrect address you will be responsible for additional shipping charges. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR REFUSED OR ABANDONED SHIPMENTS.)
